National employment services provider, RISE Ventures, and local organisation Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation have joined forces to deliver the Community Development Program in the South West Alice Region.
Servicing three communities, Mutitjulu, Kaltukatjara and Imanpa, RISE-Ngurratjuta will develop activities and employment and training pathways for local people. In addition, it will work to identify business enterprises that will help drive the local economy and provide longer term employment solutions.
The partnership is forged out of opportunity rather than necessity, emphasising the sophistication and character of both organisations and their goals to bring quality services and better outcomes to the local people and communities in regional and remote Australia.
RISE-Ngurrajuta has a strong focus on creating job opportunities and supporting social infrastructure. It will assist in local enterprise development and engage with our youth to develop future leadership.
