ABOUT
RN Employment Services Pty Limited is a joint venture powered locally by Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation and RISE Ventures.
Established in 2018, we work closely with our communities to develop and implement services to support training, skills development, employment and income generation.Through this partnership we are part of the Federal Government’s Community Development Programme (CDP). We provide the CDP participants with skills and opportunities for training, employment and we nurture small business enterprises.
We work with and service the needs of many communities in the South West Alice, North and South Barkly Regions including: Tennant Creek, Ali Curung, Epenarra (Wutungugurra), Canteen Creek (Owairtilla), Elliott (Kulumindini), Mutitjulu, Docker River (Kaltukatjara ) and Imanpa. We have 7 central service centres but also run outreach activities in 15 smaller communities and outstations.

Our passionate, dedicated, and capable team bring years of experience creating and implementing meaningful locally led employment and skills solutions to our communities. We are proud of our results, which make meaningful change in the lives of our participants and the community.
60% of our staff are Indigenous.

In October 2022 we conducted the first of our annual Great Place to Work surveys and were delighted to be #GPTWcertified by our staff. The survey also allowed us to see areas where we could improve and has helped us develop a roadmap to increase employee satisfaction. Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation
Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation was incorporated in August 1985. It is an Association of all those Communities deemed to have been “affected” by the oil and gas mining operations at Mereenie and Palm Valley and provided a body with strong governance and vision for the region.
Ngurratjuta’s original purpose was to provide financially independent Aboriginal Communities with Inter-Community Corporations and utilise royalty funds to build an active investment. It provided a growing income base for the Member Communities and stimulated job opportunities and venture activities for members, while actively supporting Community development activities and infrastructure improvements in member Communities.
RISE Ventures
RISE Ventures, part of the Angus Knight group of companies, focuses on human services and is an innovative community partner. Identifying opportunity and common values with local partners RISE is dedicated to supporting the advancement of economic development and small business incubation and building the capability of local Aboriginal organisations.
At RISE we deliver the Federal Government’s Community Development Programme (CDP) in three remote communities in Queensland and two in the Northern Territory We provide the CDP participants with skills and opportunities for training. employment and nurture small business enterprises.
